Is there an elastic band?
No. The concept has a completely open bottom and slips over the headrest like a lightweight cap.
How is the cover formed?
A nonwoven sheet is folded to create two layers, then the two side edges are ultrasonically sealed. The bottom remains open.
What material will it use?
We are exploring soft disposable nonwoven materials, including bamboo-viscose/spunlace options. The final material will be confirmed after testing.
Will one size fit every machine?
The goal is broad compatibility with common gym headrests. Final dimensions and fit claims will follow physical prototype testing.
